Sam's Club was the first major company to provide a grant to the Mary Lee Taylor Foundation for Single Mothers. Our partnership with Sam's Club was established at the grassroots level with Store Managers and their teams emulating Mrs. Helen Walton's words: "It is not what you gather but what you scatter tells what kind of life you have lived." The relationship with Sam's Club has expanded to Walmart and is 5+ years of continued support that has afforded The Mary Lee Taylor Foundation for Single Mothers the opportunity to embrace and enhance numerous families in multiple communities.
Our partnership with Christner's Prime Steak & Lobster, formerly known as Del Frisco's, has been the lifeblood in every way imaginable for the Foundation. The founders Russ & Carole Christner viewed their restaurant as "just a humble little Steakhouse" that has over a quarter-century-long relationship with our Founder Corey Rolle. Today, David & Alice Christner have continued the legacy of success at Christner's and became the first restaurant to establish a robust partnership with the Foundation. Our partnership with Christner's Prime Steak & Lobster has impacted over three thousand lives.
